Introduction

The National Life-Skills Academy (NLSA) is dedicated to establishing an inclusive environment and promoting equal opportunities. The NLSA will use the concepts, policies, and procedures outlined to promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in all facets of its activities.

Scope

All NLSA staff members, collaborators, and stakeholders are subject to the terms of this charter. It includes every aspect of an organisation’s operations, including hiring, training, promoting employees, offering courses, and providing services.

NLSA is committed to maintaining accountability for the implementation of this Equal Opportunity Charter. TWe will periodically review and assess policies, practices, and progress towards achieving equal opportunity goals. Any necessary revisions or updates will be made to reflect evolving best practices and legal requirements.
