Richard Pheasant is a highly effective and experienced business trainer and coach. He has spent 30 successful years in the education and training sector, and has held various management and leadership roles. Although he is able to deliver multiple soft-skills courses, his main focus is on leadership and management, having been a lecturer on leadership for six and a half years at an engineering university in Abu Dhabi. To date, he has trained several thousand managers and staff from a variety of organisations and sectors in the region, including ADNOC, Dragon Oil, Almarai Company, Nadec, Gulf Business Machines, Schindler and Cemex. He is a member of ILM (Institute Of Leadership and Management) and BNI (Business Network International), and delivers training and coaching face-to-face and online in the UK, Europe, and the Arabian Gulf. He has also just completed his first book ‘Leadership For Managers Unlocked-Resolving The Paradox And Providing The Foundations For Effective Management.
