Relaxed. A dialogue between the trainer and the participants.
The difference between a leader and a manager and how leaders need certain qualities to achieve their objectives with respect from their teams
Discussions and real life examples. In addition t Laurence who was really great.
It sheds the light on the skill set of the leader and identifies the problem types, conflicts, and authority which presents with the chance to critic our methods and understanding of leadership.
