These terms apply to anyone who uses the National LifeSkills Academy websites (futurevision2030.com, nlsa.uk and futurevision2030.org), courses or other services. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Using NLSA materials

NLSA courses and materials are provided for education and professional development. You must use them lawfully and in line with these terms. A course certificate records completion of training. It is not a clinical, regulated or vocational qualification (see the Certification Policy).

2. Your account

Some services need an account. You must give accurate information and keep your login details private. You are responsible for all activity on your account, and you must complete assessments yourself (see the Assessment Policy).

3. Payment, cancellation and refunds

Prices are shown before you buy. You agree to pay the fees for the services you choose and to give accurate billing details. Price changes do not affect courses you have already paid for.

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days after purchase to cancel. If you ask to start a course within those 14 days, you agree that you lose the right to cancel once your access begins. Full details of cancellations and refunds are in our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual property

All NLSA materials, including course content, logos and trademarks, belong to NLSA or its licensors. You may use them for your own learning. You must not copy, share, sell, adapt or publish them without NLSA's written permission.

5. Privacy and cookies

NLSA uses your personal data as set out in the Data Protection Policy, and uses cookies as set out in the Cookie Policy.

6. Accuracy of content

NLSA takes great care over the accuracy of its courses. Content is checked against primary sources and reviewed regularly. However, it does not replace professional, medical or legal advice, or your employer's policies and procedures.

7. Limitation of liability

NLSA is not liable for any loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for any business loss. NLSA's total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Complaints

If you are unhappy with our service, please use the Complaints Policy. To challenge an assessment decision, please use the Appeals Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its date, is always published on our website. Changes do not affect courses you have already bought.
